Shipping policy

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the continental United States.

Where we ship
We ship to the 48 mainland US states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or military APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 6 to 13 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Orders with more than one seat
If you order a 2 or 3 pack, your seats may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, bad weather and busy periods can occasionally add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 25 days of purchase, email us and we will track it down or send a replacement.

Checking your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships.
